Position Overview
Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote or at a regional office in your assigned country
Reports to: Regional Director
What You'll Do
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach. Your responsibilities include:
Identify Opportunities: Research and target key decision-makers (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and specifiers) to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Manage Strategic Accounts: Act as the main point of contact for key clients. Negotiate agreements to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.
Drive Commercialization: Turn leads into revenue by managing projects from conception to delivery within 12 months.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align strategies and improve the customer journey.
Support Market Activities: Represent our brand at exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to increase visibility and generate leads.
What We're Looking For
Proven Experience: A strong track record in business development or sales, especially within the materials, composites, or distribution industries.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with high-performance materials such as aramid, PI, PPS, PEKK, or carbon fiber.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to influence decision-makers and build long-term relationships with clients.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and the regional language of your market (Turkish, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Bengali, Vietnamese, Urdu, or Portuguese).
Bonus Points If You Have
· Experience in B2B sales or strategic market assessments.
· Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks like LTC, SPIN, or IMPACT.
· Insight into markets such as PPE, filtration, or aerospace materials.
